In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defect, customers / Distributors can return & exchange the product. The customers & Distributors must contact the Supplier / Company from whom they had purchased the same, within 30 days from the date of purchase. They have to provide a reason and exchange the said products. In case the customer returns & exchange the product, it is distributor's obligation to satisfy the customer’s needs. Before return Customer / Distributor must send the pic of the product & during return transit, if the same is damaged the cost of the same is payable by the customer / distributor. In any circumstances if product warranty seal found open the same is consider as out of warranty & not eligible for free replacement.
The Distributor can then return these products, with original Invoice to the Company. The Company will replace these products free of cost or if the distributor does not want the same products, the Company will give a cash voucher of the same amount, which can be used by the Distributor for purchasing any of products of their choice from our website.
Note: Product Return Policy is NOT valid if found Warranty seal opened & we repair the product on chargeable basis but not eligible for free replacement.
